Testing new pinch rollers solution...

I acquired a number of new Sony Walkman pinch rollers. These are almost the same dimensions as the QL, except they are taller and the teflon core has a narrower diameter.
I 3d printed a smaller washer, seen in yellow below, it's height is 1.5mm and I also drilled the core to 2mm on the new pinch rollers.
They fit like a dream, and I'm currently testing them.
So far...
Everything is working great. They seem to dir, format and load from drives quickly. They sound super smooth compared to my old rollers, and the best bit....
I've been able to format and read old carts that I couldn't before.
So far I am very happy. These rollers are excellent quality too. So it could be a great solution for for refreshing old rollers.
I have loads of these rollers if anyone else is interested. Although I'll keep testing for now.
So far, everything is awesome
