this is how an 128 looks on a regular display ;
This is the image on a vga monitor in 640x480 ( without screen adjustments !! ) with the adapted ql2vga ;
it looks like the brightness only has 2 levels .

Hiya Techy!
So impressed with your assembly and execution of these great little devices, I'd love to purchase another 2 units for my remaining QLs - but only after others here have the opportunity to pick one up for themselves!

Hi techy,
I tried to send you a PM but the message remains in the Outbox and I can't ever find it in Sent Messages. So I suppose you're not getting it.
Please let me know how we could contact. I'd love one of your VGA adaptors for the QL.
Thanks in advance.

Hi again.. On the QL side, where do you plug in the connector? - On the RGB (monitor) output of the QL? (hopefully not on the TV side!)
Thanks

Hi Santiago!
Correct, the QL2VGA adapter will come with a small flying lead terminated with an 8-pin DIN type plug that fits the QL's Monitor socket.
On the other side of the adapter is a female 15-DSub VGA socket, ready to fit a male-to-male VGA Cable.
It's a really neat device and very well assembled by techy!
