it looks like an evolution of the tetroid backplane ( earlier ? )
now to find some technical background on it ( and the chips needed to give it 512k )

Probably an AS6C4008 512k RAM chip and some sort of programmed GAL.... and the hardest part might be finding the file to program the GAL.
