You are a smart kid :D . Potatoes and fish with some delicious butter is one of my favorite dishes..

Chicken unfortunately had to be moved to another day, but today there is a delicious cutlet with a mushroom sauce and ... of course potatoes. I will send pictures.

Although I am 60 years old, I started studying again, namely home economics and nutritional science. Cooking is one of the exam topics. Now I know everything about roasted flavors and potato starch  .

A few tips for today's cooking: the cutlet are fried in a pan on both sides without fat, only then is butter added. Only that gives the beautiful roasted aromas.

The dried mushrooms are then soaked and come to the pan with onions, but the onions only come later because they are only finished later.

Put some tomato paste and broth in the pan with the mushrooms and onions, which makes the whole creamy.

Always remember, dried mushrooms have a lot more flavor than fresh mushrooms, when they are softened.

For cutlets, you should always use a stainless steel pan, only this gives the real roasted aroma.
