Works fine here, as tofro said. I've noticed before with Wolfgang's site that when this happens, it often works if I try again a short while later.

Or, try the direct link to the binaries (if that's what you were looking for) - I could try to email you the binaries file which I just downloaded if you still have difficulties, PM me your email address. The zip file will be about 1.6MB if your email can handle that.
