Which are Superbasic files.

If you do not know how to look at MDV files, I have created a ZIP file see attached.

Looks like 2 Superbasic adventure programmes.
They are the same games, just different versions. WARLOCK_13 has two procedures/rooms more but still something is missing, IIRC it referenced a procedure that does not exist.

Hi,

My apologies for sending the zip to Wales.

I initially had the file named as "warlock-zip" but the Forum attachment software did not want upload it, so I changed yhe file name to"warrior.zip".

Do all uploaded software attachment files go to Wales for vetting?

Derek

I had a quick look - at least LOC_078 is missing as a procedure in both copies.

and LOC_999 is missing in both copies - this should be the ending procedure, when you die.

It's certainly an unofficial port. Crystal were the only ones licensed to release that book tie-in game.

They ceased trading just after the QL was launched by a week or two.

He he, I was only teasing Ralf, you didn't really send it to me

I recreated the zip from Simone's .mdv image to have a look at the program, so when I saw the zip hadn't come through I just uploaded my copy.

I think is an unofficial port too ;)

But with these Md's I also found some utilities from "Four Swallows Software".

Some one have heard about it?

Would be nice if someone with an interest in and knowledge of adventures tried to complete the game by adding suitable routines for the missing procedures, especially if the actions of the procedures are known from the Spectrum game (i.e. both are similar enough).
