Yes. Def a new lease of life for the old dog.

Edit: more precisely, from SuperQBoard + Lightning to SGC. Night and day I suspect. I'll lose the mouse interface, but it's worth it for everything else I'll gain.

Ah, sadly I used to own the Illustrating SuperBasic book in the 90's but sold it many years ago...I was purging some of my books and magazines then before I knew later I'd get back into it :-/

2022 is the year that I finally learn 68000 assembler!!! It's never too late :D

Apologies for the poor quality of the pics, I was overly aggressive in reducing the quality to keep the size down. The book is in fact very crisply printed.

In conjunction with some other 68000 and QDOS books, I hope to get further than every previous attempt. Which is a low bar to aim for, truth be told. Heh.
