Thanks!

Strangely, I already have good ratings!

Amazon Bestsellers Rank: 871,556 in Books (See Top 100 in Books)
#164 in Compilers Programming
#1441 in Programming Languages & Tools
#752 in Computer Operating Systems (Books)

Pre-sales? Who knows how Amazon works. :)

Cheers,
Norm.

They usually offer books for pre-sale when they know that the wholesaler they get them from (Gardners Books in Eastbourne for my titles) has the title on their system and has made a pre-pub order from the publisher. Not quite sure exactly how it works either, but I find that Gardners Books seem to play a key role - when I want my books (which are nothing to do with computing) to appear on Amazon I find I'm better off having a word with my buyer at Gardners.

Ask me about felt pads - I can cut them to size and they have proved excellent for mdv data recovery.

Alternatively, maybe there are only 166 books in the compilers programming category! :D

Your explanation is interesting though.

Cheers,
Norm.

Congrats Norman,
I'll have to order a copy!

I've had two deliveries today;

Vanpeebles kindly sent a Vic20 my way last year, I've never used one before, so time to get stuck in!

Nobody ever sends me any old computers. A Cray would be nice! ;)
Enjoy the Old Vic!

Cheers,
Norm.

Urs and Markus from Switzerland sent an original packaged unused German QL in the 80s to me. I was very astonished, but they just said "This as a Thank You". OK, why not, it was great!

Wow, Norman, congrats! I'm somewhat amazed how many pages you managed to write about the little Arduino ;) But having that thing in your hands must be exhilarating! :D

Cheers, Marcel

Thanks Marcel.

As for the pages, is sort of grew and grew over a couple of years. I've written various eBooks over the years but this one is special.

Book two is about a third of the way done now too, on the same Arduino. ;)

Cheers,
Norm.
