Greetings from Wales

Post by RichardCGH »

Hi.

Rather belated greetings - I signed up a few years ago and then forgot all about this place :(

So I'll try and visit more frequently in future.

Not using a QL in any shape or form atm.

I'll try to reply to PMs - once I work out how to do it :(

Richard

I thouroughly recommend Marcel's QPC from kilgus.net, if you are looking for a "QL", (emulator) runs great on Windows and on Linux under Wine.

Cheers,
Norm.

Welcome! I don’t suppose you know of any other old time QL peeps? I’ve been trying to track down Steve Sutton to get ACT released!

Greetings and Bonjour :)

I now have QPC on my desktop - I'll need to do more research before being able to do anything with it.
Do we add SMSQ/e to it ?

Sorry I have no contact details from 30 years ago.

So can't help with Steve Sutton.
Is Freddy still around - the prog was published by Digital Precision.

Hi Jean-Yves - Dreamlands was one of the best QL Adventures :)

No need to add anything, QPC2 includes a recent SMSQ/E binary compiled for it.

Welcome back :-)

A copy is on Dilwyn's website.

Is there anything you think needs updating ?
(Not that I'm offering - but J-Y may be able to assist ?)
