Hello from Berlin!

Post by 1984 »

I always wanted to buy a Sinclair QL since 1984, but being a little lazy and sluggish, I finally did it in 2020 (making something good out of this year).

Taking advantage of the opportunity, I'm not only learning how to use and to program the QL, but also reading everything I can get hold of about the QL's hardware, expansions, compatibles, operating systems, toolkits, and so on (looking forward to new hardware projects...).

For me, this forum has been (and hopefully will continue to be) one of the most interesting sources of detailed information and knowledge, not least because of you, it's very active and very friendly community. (Thank you!)

George

Greetings from 'down the road' in Sachsen!

This is indeed the best place for anything QL related. I'm still in awe at just how much knowledge there is here and it's fantastic that many members have been QLers from the very beginning.

Ask me about felt pads - I can cut them to size and they have proved excellent for mdv data recovery.
