QL Super Monitor / Disassembler

Does anyone have a copy of v3.0 of QL Super Monitor by Digital Precision ?

We have preserved v2.0, but it was only whilst looking back through the older QL User, that I spotted the advert for v3.0 of the software.

All the copies I have seen have been v2.0 only and it is NOT in the Digital Precision collection (presumably as they were selling QMON by then).
