Hi,

The QMON II, which I have been using came from the DP Collection.

Digital Precision sold all its software as a commerical package.

So it looks like QMON is still copyright unless Jochen Merz or Tony Tebby release it as freeware.

Freddy Vaccha, who was the owner of Digital Precision Limited, has confirmed that when the company ceased trading, copyright in all of its programs reverted to the original authors.

So it is up to Tony Tebby whether he will release QMON II as freeware. All it takes is for someone to bother to email him and ask about it along with the other QJUMP stuff (as per my post above).

Alas, no-one seems interested in contacting the copyright holders

I have just uploaded my scanned QMONII manual to http://www109.zippyshare.com/v/ZCHlquj0/file.html

I noticed that only the last page mentions JMON. So that may be an extra page on the end of the text manual I uploaded.

If nobody else has emailed TT, I can do it. Least helpful thing though is a barrage of emails...

Rich, if you have a template email that works for you maybe you could email me a copy? If not, I'll drum something up.

What's Tony Tebby's weakness? Ice cream?

Can you attach the file here. I do not like the share pages. Too many ads...

It was too big for the forum (12 or 13 Mega bytes). I thought about zipping it up into 4 or 5 bits. But I thought that might upset the forums moderator.

I can chop it up in bits and send it in 4/5 emails to you if you like, If you PM me your email address

Hi Martin,

I missed this first time around, sorry, but the link appears to be out of date now. Just letting you know.

Cheers,
Norm.

Dilwyn hosts software, and I am happy to on my website too - I am working on a large software repository of all the preserved software that is freely distributable. It'll probably be ready in a couple of months. I can take in VERY large files like DVD images, etc.

I have my own web server and a very fast connection ;)
