QL Interface ROMs for Preservation

Post by RWAP »

OK I have had a dig through my various EPROMs - does someone want to volunteer to read these and store them for preservation??

I have the following (excluding earlier versions):

CST QDisc v1.18
MicroP v5.3 English
DIsk + RAM v1.14 - I think that this is the PCML interface
WIN 2.02 (?)
QubIDE v1.37
QL Disc v1.14 (marked Kempston - never seen a Kempston disk interface....)
Trump Card v1.21 B
Sandy v1.21 & TK2 v2.21
Sandy Mouse QBoard v1.18
Sandy Mouse v1.18 Y
TK2 2.05 ROMCard (??)

There may well be later versions of these somewhere....

I'll do it happily, if nobody else offers. My location isn't really ideal, but postage costs from here are very reasonable.

Hi,

I have an Eprom Programmer that will read any Eprom.

I will have a look at producing a list of Interface ROM Firmware, with a view to storing them on a publically availble web site.

Derek

Derek is supposedly dropping by at some point, so I can give him the various EPROM chips.

Yes please - an image of the ICE ROM which works with cursor keys would be good.

I've acquired an external eprom dongle with MetamCo Qlc compiler version 3.02: would you want the bin file of this eprom for your project?
cheers
Paolo

Hi Paolo,

Thank you, but I have just checked - it is v3.02 which I have already preserved
