MiSTer: Possible to save settings?

I'm just playing with MiSTer and trying the QL core. Is there a way to save the settings so that the next time you boot you have the machine in the same state that it was with regards to mounted disks, aspect ratio setting etc.?

From memory: enter the menu, hit right, go down and select save

Ah, yes. I'm not sure that it saves the mounted disks... Not particularly intuitive those menus.
