Is there any documentation that states what key sits on what ribbon junction? The service manual gives the matrix but doesn't label the key contacts. Perhaps it is listed in the 8049 software somewhere but where do I find that?

The other piece of you puzzle can be found in the aurora manual - as it gives the key tails positions to IPC pin row and colum definitions

Thanks I couldn't find it. You would have thought for testing the keys to pins would have been in the service manual.
