In fact, more QLs were produced than Amiga 1200 in PAL version.
The other Amiga models had higher production runs I'm guessing (i.e. Amiga 500). Seems to be many more available both in parts, peripherals, and even computers for Amiga on eBay. I always get excited when I see a fully working QL on eBay. hope all the QL's found decent homes and didn't fall into the fate of some Apple Lisa's that went into a landfill in Logan, Utah here in the USA.
