Multitasking

For QL users the most interesting part is the 3rd paragraph at Preemptive Multitasking.

We were the first! One year before any other!

For German readers: Multitasking and especially Präemptives Multitasking (fünfter Absatz in diesem Abschnitt).

"Very few" is even more, than number of buyers of european (PAL) Amiga 1200.

The German Wikipedia article is much friendlier to QDOS (albeit wrong or at least misleading, QDOS never had memory protection via MMU, as one may assume when reading the German version).
