Re: QL SD card system....
Thanks for that Rich, I'm glad that there is no definitive logic behind the number of ROMs and the missing leg. we can just put it down to the penny pinching genius that is Sir Clive...

Re: QL SD card system....
Looks like time to update your sig from "JS ROM" to "Minerva 1.98!" Minerva is quite a bit faster than JS... No, I kept old fashioned with the JS ROM version of the QL-SD, rather than upgrade to Minerva. I have Qemulator on my iMac if I want to get fancy, my QL is to stay the re...

Interesting eBay package...
Saw this on eBay last night: that looks like a SuperQBoard in the photo. Advertised as not working, but could be a good deal for someone close to Cambridge...

In my view, no. I'm sure most retro computer folk are extensive eBay users, and PayPal is pretty much standard nowadays. I get fed up when PayPal isn't available, to be honest!Peter wrote:Do you think it severely limits sales that PayPal is the only payment method?

No, not a shameless plug, perhaps a wake up call to look at the bl**dy website before posting!tofro wrote:[Shameless advertisement for the QL-SD manual]
That looks easy enough: the connection just goes through the rom socket. Neat.
