Re: Metacomco C Manual
Hi Chr$, Could scan your manual dame the pages you upliaded and I will do the rest as with the McGrawhill manual. Mine also had this 2-page errata. Each time I scan I have to walk around my desk to the printer/scanner to change the content. At approx. 225 pages, scanning the whole thing would be qu...

Metacomco C Manual
Hi, I have been looking at the scanned PDF of the Metacomco C manual, that was scanned on a Spanish QL web site. The resultant PDF was very badly scanned with 2 pages per A4 page. Which I can split this into single pages very easily. But the scanned file have scanned out of order, I spent nearly an ...

Re: Dhrystone benchmark QL vs Amiga
Hi Peter, I always thought SYSINFO was written in assembler, which is confirmed by the Wikipedia entry: Sysinfo is a shareware program written completely in Assembler for the Motorola 68k equipped Amiga computers to benchmark system performance. Sysinfo shows which version of system software is pres...

Re: Andy Pennell's books.
Hi Like Xora, I have 2 copies of the QDOS Companion, one perfect, the other is nearly loose leaf. So I intend to scan that one with a Protek Opticbook scanner. This allows scanning upto edge of each page edge. Should not take too long. I have OCRed Assrmbley Languagre Programming on QL, just need to...
