Re: RWAP
D-Day MKII remains a firm favourite - even I enjoyed playing it despite having coded large portions of it. I have even heard from some of the people that used to work for Dagenham Design Cell who did the original coding over the years. It's a shame no-one ever really got involved in playing it two p...

See http://womblesretrorepairshack.blogspot ... o-mod.html
I don't see why this won't work on a QL, although you will still not get 521x256 pixels on a TV so far as I can see - it is just an alternative if you have a poor display output on the TV set.

That is looking good actually - although I wonder why no-one has ever tried the simple composite video mod on the QL?

Re: RWAP
QL Adventurer's Forum was a great magazine with plenty of good adventures coming out of the CGH stable as a result (Alan Pemberton, Oliver Neef and Jean-Yves Rouffiac were great authors). Unfortunately, there were just not enough adventures produced for the QL at the time to keep the interest alive....

Re: Q-emulator for OS X and Windows
I find Q-Emulator excellent for playing older games - and with Daniele's program for making images of microdrive cassettes which can be loaded directly into the emulator - this gets around most of the copy protection schemes.

I ought to introduce myself really for some of those who have not come across me before. I learnt to program on the ZX81, when I purchased the computer from my elder brother in 1982 (he upgraded to a Spectrum) and was soon up to my armpits learning the basics of Z80 assembly language (my brother had...

Re: Me pregunto en qué otro lugar se puede comprar un Sincla
Thanks for the answer! And how many delivery to Ukraine mail will cost approximately? About the best price for delivery to the Ukraine is around £80 with £50 insurance! A few delivery companies have stopped delivering to Russia and former eastern bloc countries, due to issues with them being held...
