I checked the voltage of all the ram chips and the 7805 and is from 4.98 to 5 v ,I also checked the temperature of all the ic s including ram, and I think the IC21 74LS245 is a little warm, can this cause the condition since from what I read in the datasheet it has to do with data-bus?

I used the minerva and each time I start up the computer a different address is displayed on the screen, sometimes 2 different one after another and then stops at a black screen with the minerva logo down right
Any ideas?

Ok the scope arrived yesterday , it's a DSO nano simple scope, so Iam ready to test the memory. I just wanted to ask what it means "3. For each chip, set a trigger on the raising edge of /W and check that you see pulses on the Q pin ". I understand that I have to put my probe on the Q pin ...

TMS 2793 arrived today and was replaced , now everything works fine now.
