Any update on the SuperRAM? I saw the article in the APR/MAY QUANTA magazine, but it ends a little abrupt when it comes to the SuperRAM and your decision on that. I´m still quite desperate for an affordable memory expansion to be used with my QL-SD.

I will try it out and report back. @Dave: Yes, I mainly got annoyed by the FDK1_, but also that disks cannot easily be renamed and I thought replacing the EPROM would be dead easy, as it often is in the Spectrum add-on ...

Strange, I followed Mark´s advice and doubled the file size using the copy /b command. Then I burnt the 16 KB file onto a 27128 EPROM. After installing the chip the first power on looked promising.
