That would be an important check. If possible, please try the qdos-gcc compiled Dhrystone benchmark on both EMU68 and Musashi.

Hardware is the smaller challenge. Various configurations, timings and functions in the software need to be changed from Amiga to QL, which is not trivial. If you really need to use a pure USB keyboard (for a wired keyboard you probably don't) it is better to use an active USB-PS/2 adaptor.
