Hi, If you look at Page 27, of the QPC2 manual, in the section WIN Disks You can setup the WIN Drives in the devices section of the WINx drive to be formatted, this does not have to exist. Or use ...

It emulates a Q68 instead of the original QL. Which gives it highcolor graphics and the capability to run SMSQ/E. Which I find very cool.
I'm going to try it. I find it very interesting. Thanks!

Re: Announcing availability of a QLNET driver for the Q68 (ND-Q68)

Hi, Sounds like the QL on NET1 and NET3 do not understand the Time format. How are you translating the time received from time.nist.gov into a suitable for ADATE? Could you not update the Q68 from time.nist.gov then update the QLs on power on to the Q68, reading the Q68 clock, making the Q68 the mas...

Thanks. Jože That's the one, just unzip the files, which is: sub_rext : Resident extensions sub_txt...

Re: QIMSI

Hi,

No DEV in Minerva or QDOS, so download SUB from QL Homepage (Link at top of page) and read docs. You can SUBstitue the the device SUB for WIN3 and rename the SUB device to MDV, then map a directory on the WIN file to MDV1.

I think this is better than DEV in some ways, bu does the same thing

techy wrote: Wed Mar 06, 2024 10:57 am Hi Derek ,

the external mdv is for the classic ql , not the ql+
Can you think about a QL+ version, might be a nice enhancement for Microdrive, vDrive, Oqtadrive.
