So going through the dark art of CF partition/format procedures. Its a Jessop 64Mb CF so not sure if this has been verified ...

I've tried v1.56 rom and GALS (both Qdegal1,2, qideg1,2) and Qubclone 3.1 rom and gals
For memory GAL only have RAM 512 mcleod and tcat. Memory not recognised for both

No just the usual F1/F2.

Took my time and have resoldered your recommendations. The QL now boots with the cardr inserted but no sign of the card working. Any other diagnostics you can recommend ?. Was thinking of installing a Minerva Rom as I've still got the stock JM roms installed

Does anyone know if there has to be a hard disk connected to the QUBIDE when booting a QL ?
