Re: The humongous Sandy Electronics thread...
My mailman explained that because my CN22 customs labels are handwritten, they get individual scrutiny. If they were pre-printed "business, professional" labels and already data entered into the USPS system, they would undergo no further scrutiny. I am signing up for a label printer and et...

Re: Wanted: Q60 or a QXL board
If only we knew the inner workings of the chip, we would maybe be able to work on a compatible replacement. If that information were available, it would be a modest proposal to do a "Mega Gold Card" using an '030 at 50 MHz or so. That said, hooking it up to an old school QL does result in ...

Re: The humongous Sandy Electronics thread...
I have had three of my battery holder shipments to the EU returned to me by USPS. They apparently read "battery holder" on the customs form, and declined to put them on the plane but just shipped them back to me, because USPS does not like to ship batteries. I do know that one has been del...

Yes, the two ground pins 1a and 1b are at the bottom. The three VIN pins are at the top, 32a and 32b, plus 31b.

Re: DIY RAM EXPANSION
Hi TCAT, :) I have also had this struggle. Mostly because the labels do not match the markings :) The square hole is pin 1. That usually means pin one of row A, which is the row closest to the board's edge. In this case, the square hole would go at the bottom/front of the board, nearest the board ed...
