The MGB version was painted, two different tones depending on UK or US I think. It's a very dark grey rather than black. I had a pair with winter tyres done in gun metal.

Yes I've seen that type on the MGB before and they are very similar to the 2500S/Stag (those were the original Triumph models they came on) but I don't think they're the same fitment, at least I've not heard of Triumph people fitting the MG wheels.
