Re: Asymmetric multiprocessing...

Have you worked out a schematic, or got clear photos of the MIDI board? It sounds like it would be a very interesting thing to see. MIDI has been whispered in my ear more than a few times in the last 3-4 years. Hi Dave, On the Yahoo QL Hardware Gorup, someone posted some QL schematics and layout fi...

Re: Asymmetric multiprocessing...

Hi Ralf,

I doubt the author of the Tracker is available. But maybe Martin Head's Decompiler can restore the source code.

Re: Asymmetric multiprocessing...

Hi, How about connecting 2 QLs together via an interface to combine tge 2 CPUs and machine resources. I once thought about a ROM Port connection, to have a shard memory in the Rom Port on each QL. But the QL is read only without special interfacing like on the Miracle Hard Drive. The Aurora had an e...

Re: Black Phoenix 1.5 - Preview

Hi, I downloaded a fresh copy of Black Phoenix v1.5, configured QPC2 to run full screen at 1920x1080 on a Fujitsu Celsius H700 Corei7 Laptop, all worked perfectly. Hex Compiling

Hi, What is the way to compile Hexadecimal numbers with Qliberator and SMSQ/E. SMSQ/E can display hexadecimal numbers prefixed with a $ symbol. Unfortunatley, Qliberator gives an error when trying to compile the statement. Strangely enough, Turbo compiles this with no errors and works as expected.

Re: Internet and the QL

Hi,

I am interested in the wifi modem, can I access local file systems by connecting to server?

What advantages of using the wifi modem, over TCPSER and a Raspberry Pi?

Re: QL/E

Hi Urs,

Excellent video, showing the versatility of the QL operating system on all the major hardware platforms.

I will update my Q68 distribution to include the QL/E update.
