Re: Missing Sinclair QL Titles
I have now rescued Night Nurse published by Shadow Games - it is quite an easy game, but made difficult by it being painfully slow (written in SuperBASIC with machine code sprites). I have just spent an hour or so improving the SuperBASIC (lots of poor programming - FOR... NEXT loops, without any E...

Re: How to show a JPEG or PNG picture in a window?
It would be a useful feature and as you haven't had any response, I would suggest you try the mailing list although that has gone a bit quiet recently.
The program you say works with the whole screen (Photon) would that be a WINDOW screen perhaps, as that may be sizeable?

Re: Some useful commands and info.
They are PC drives and yes the link is on DS0, and cable untwisted and also works perfectly well with the PCML interface I got from SellMyRetro( ), however changing to either of the two Micro-Peripherals gets the time error, I will go through the whole process tonight to check and note each st...

Re: Some useful commands and info.
Well the first thing is the interface with the dip switches, took me awhile to realise that the switch has been replaced with a R.S. Components unit and was upside down so all the switch positions where AAF. Having sorted that out I managed to get the floppy disk turning when typing in DIR FDK1_ som...
