Hi,
To be sure not to draw power from the batteries I have set the voltage to 7v.
If anyone planning to upgrade RAM/Flash then I recommend to follow the instruction where you don't have to cut any tracks.

When you programmed the 27128 did you program in the correct bank ?

Re: QL Test ROM
Hi,
Sorry I misunderstood your question, I have tried most of them and all of them need a ROM.
apart from Minerva RAM test I di nit know of any dedicated test ROM you can boot from.

Hi,
I can really recommend these rollers, smoother, quieter plus it seems to be more stable readings!
Well Done J

Re: FPGA replacment for the ZX8301 ULA and more
Hi
Leon, great work as always.
I haven't all the posts but could it be possible to use your PCB and design an adapter board with the socket for CPU and 8301 routed to a DIN41612, this instead of having to reroute the PCB?

QubIDE, interest?
Hi Not for sale yet, just a topic to see if there's any interest. I know there are more modern alternatives but is there any interest in QubIDE? I have built a couple of Leons design so 832KB total RAM and thru put connector or angled one for IDE. Will have to verify if it’s possible to fit an angle...
