Re: Productivity in the QL

To open the round, I tell you my concern these days. In my QL I would like to have something similar to a wiki with searches, where to store notes that could connect to each other through links, such as the Tomboy or Gnote applications. If this application could also manage a calendar to include ev...

Re: Productivity in the QL

Sorry for my ignorance. What is "NOS" Microdrive cartridges? New old stock, well virtually. I have some that were written to once when new, but then never sold or used (or even labelled), just stored until now. I re-felt them, then check them properly and sell the ones that pass the tests...

Re: Productivity in the QL

I use QPC2 for my accounting using programs written by me that rely on different databases. I have looked at your website and I have seen things I did not know. Very interesting. I use my BBQL to restore and check data from QL related collections that I've bought (find some interesting stuff someti...

Productivity in the QL

Those of you who use your QL daily, are you productive with them? Apart from the nostalgia and fun of using this computer again, I have always wanted to give it a practical utility, but of course, today, on any PC or Mac we have everything necessary, and it is difficult that in a retro environment t...

Re: "New" SD interface

I was wondering if the source code was available or maybe an option to write a Qubide image to a CF/SD Card. Do that the partitions could be set up on a PC or other computer. Hi. I don't know if I understood you well, but have you seen if the José Leandro's instructions for Linux are useful to dump...

Re: "New" SD interface

This card is very very interesting. I hope you can solve the issues related to the software.

I take this opportunity to thank Tetroid for his work, and remember the good work that José Leandro and Habi did from Spain with his QubIDE clone.

Re: The Investronica Starmouse from Spain

Thanks for the information - did Investronica produce anything else for the QL? I certainly don't remember seeing this advertised in the QL magazines back in the day - I fear that a lot of the international stuff has been lost over the years, where the UK QL'ers were not aware of it. I don't rememb...

It really is a great tribute to Torpedo 1936, the spanish comic series of Abulí and Bernet and others comics of that genre.

Congratulations. It looks great.
