Anelpum Quat was written by Nick Ward, who provided his approval for his software to be released as freeware. All his other programs are on Dilwyn's site, but Anelpum Quat was MIA. Recently a large cartridge lot of QL Software was sold on Ebay for a crazy price. It had some titles I have never seen, like Anelpum Quat, Macsporran's Lament, G_G system, Astro, Orbiting stars, Uncle Loonie. By any chance, is the buyer on this forum?
