Never seen a board for it, there is a circuit diagram PDF (originally from a German forum) on the Q68 page on my site.

Which where the diagram came from.
I do not use a circuit board, all the components are soldered into wires and insulated, so that fitting to the Q68 easier.

Doesn't that get messy? I thought I had seen a small board design somewhere on the forum.

Yes a little PCB can be made to give a nice solution, if a circuit board is required. Maybe you mean this:

In the case of the Q68, I pprefer to have the circuitry in a wire format as it is more flexible.
Also less cost, it is okay to make 1 or 2, but try making 20 or 30, the cost of the PCB and parts increase the cost, then there is the time to make the PCB, and then how is thd PCB mounted. Just increases the complexity.

Hi
The Top Deck board was an attempt to produce an expansion port with integrated QL Network ports, which were located on the front of the Q68.
Too much clutterred cables at the front for me.
I started fitting the Q68 Expansion Header, which is a 2 x 12 male header.
Since only 3 connections from the Q68 (+3.3v, QL NET, 0v) I made a flexible cable to connect to the Q68 expansion port to a twin QL NET connector setup. This is secured to the case side or Rear End Panel, where space is available.
Martyn Hill's QL Network driver allows the Q68 to be a QL Network node or Server.
All works very nicely.
I usually test the Q68 QL network connection to a Tetroid Trump Card QL, using the Q68 as a server, I loade games from the Q68 to the QL.
So far I been playing Voyage of the Beano, Picole, games from the QL Games Cart.
If I had the time alot more.
