Is /RAS noisy at pin 8 of the 8301? RAS and CAS only go from pins 8 and 10 of the 8301 to the 16 DRAM ICs and nowhere else, with nothing intervening either. Either the 8301 is outputting a noisy signal, or a RAM is doing something nasty with it.

The noise is initially present at 8301 of the order of 50-80 milivolts, it turned out that the RAS pin was bent. Unfortunately, in the variant of connecting any data bus to minus I checked only with the connected RAS pin. It will be necessary to look.

The fault was in the ULA 8301. After the next replace this chip computer to start up.
