Good luck with the display... they seem to use varying panels.
By the way, I noticed the QL-typical white/red transitions looked sharper from VGA signal than from HDMI.

Re: Q40/Q60
Hi,
I wonder if the video signal comming out of the VGA socket on thd Q60 board could be fed into a dedicated video processing circuit to changed the required sync signsls of the Q60 into the required signals for a modetn VGA monitor.
Which assume is what the OSSC does.

Magic, that led me to the set of options I had missed \o/ones' complement wrote: ↑Thu Apr 11, 2024 12:49 pmThierry's settings appear to give full Q60 display http://qdos.free.fr/monitors.html (see http://qdos.free.fr/files/OSSC.txt)XorA wrote: ↑Thu Apr 11, 2024 12:35 pmI have tried OSSC and gbs-control on Q60 and I could not find a setting on either that would successfully display the full Q60 screen! It has been said that OSSC converters can provide that, if they are well tuned. But one has to be careful about the various variants.
Also I find them clumsy and expensive.
Slightly different numbers on some settings, but I now have a nice clear complete Q60 screen!
