did you upgrade from an older Windows version to 10 or was it a fresh install?
I've check on my systems and it's actually a generic Mircrosoft driver being used for the USB floppy, so it should be in the Windows/INF directory.

My Windows 7 installation used to have (well, still has, as I still keep that laptop) a "NEC"/"NEC USB Floppy Drive" entry when displaying all vendor/driver entries that made my Fuji drive read and write QL disks.
A fresh Windows 10 Professional installation doesn't have that driver anymore, it doesn't even have NEC as a vendor.
