I came across a new site with some QL information (not very much) - http://everygamegoing.com/landing/machi ... games.html

Has anyone heard of UAP (Unique Assembler Package) by D A Bandoo which gets a write up in Home Computing Weekly #97 - http://everygamegoing.com/landing/mag_a ... p_000.html

It also refers to QL Monitor by KAT - but with no details so no idea where they found this entry!

It took me a while to spot it - it appears on p32 : https://archive.org/stream/home-computi ... 1/mode/2up

There is an entry for D A Bandoo on the QL Wiki - http://www.rwapadventures.com/ql_wiki/i ... A%20Bandoo

Hi Rich,

In the 80s I played a game called "sub commander" on the QL. Anyone heard of or seen that? You'd sail your sub, watching fuel, air, crew morale, and patrol this 512x256 mile patch of Atlantic ocean. Sometimes there's be ships, but usually it was just avoiding mutiny or hitting the bottom or crush depth.

Is not Grey Wolf?

We have found another MIA: "IL MAGO" ;)

And soon I hope to get in touch with other 2 MIA's: Monopoly (Spanish) and a new Frogger version (Spanish).

Stay tuned.

If indeed it was Grey Wolf, I seem to recall that there were separate German and English versions too. It was originally written by Oliver Neef and sold by CGH Services. RWAP improved the English software at some point and also sold it later (possibly still sells it?). The German version is on the Games page on my website http://www.dilwyn.me.uk/games/index.html

There were also submarine games called Aquanaut 471 (Microdeal?) and Type-22 from Talent Software which I think was also developed for either ST or Amiga.
