@Derek Stewart Derek would you happen to have a spare interface board I could 'borrow' to see if this is the issue?

Its now coming up with ROM checksum failure! Luckily sometime ago I took ROM images so I will have to
compare the images to what's now on the ROMS and see.

Hi,

I sent a PM, for your address and I will send you the Thor 1 Expansion boards.

I have never had them working, as I do not have a Power Supply. I was going to use a small ATX PSU with the ATX POWER_ON as a switch.

But this is on my list of things to do...

Update for tonight.

Still displaying 'ROM checksum failure' after the CST Thor line. EEPROMS removed and verified against
ROM images taken several months ago and they PASS verification. SO it looks like the ROMs may not be
the issue...... :?

Do you have a copy of the Thor manual around there somewhere? I know it says something about this.

It could also be a problem decoding addresses so the ROM content is valid but the ROM addressing is faulty, so it reads mush?

Don't know if there is any useful information in one of the documents here http://www.greybeardz.com/docs/thor/index.html

Thanks dilwyn, I think I have most of the info from your site.

One thing I have got, that you might like is V4.22 of the Thor ROM.
