Thanks. By the way, if only short routines need speedup, there is a 12 KB area of fast RAM at $19000 ... $1BFFF.
Code executed in that area usually runs several times faster and is not affected by video access.
At the moment, SMSQ/E uses only a small portion of the fast RAM, maybe the rest can be made available.

What about the power supply for Q68? Is it easy to get one in online store?

Derek , do you have Q68 power supplies available for sale?

Excellent to know !
You said "several" times faster ?
Could you give examples with cycles consumption when accessing memory, if code is in this area ?
Should the data accessed also be in that area ?

This, for sure, is a capital info to take into account.

Owner of various QLs including accelerated beasts, and also a happy Q68 owner ;)
Now porting SOTB to the Archies, to then port it to the Q68.

Power supply: Yes these are standard 5V devices with 2.1 mm coaxial connector. I think Derek will comment on this after his return.

Q68 execution speed from "fast RAM" region: Simple register to register instructions like ADD oder MOVE take 1 cycle, i.e. 25 ns
Please note there is no officially defined way for user programs to allocate memory there (yet).
