Web of the producer:

See support page for manuals:

I got them from Mouser.
I had free postage, they only needed to sign a certificate due to cryptographic technology exporting rules (I got the certificate by email, it is possible to paste picture of the signature into the Word document and send back, or print, it, sign, and send by fax).

Be careful, they have 4 versions of these modules.
US (120 V) and EU (230 V), with or without power supply (module can also be powered via pin 9 of the serial cable)
To show all 4 variants, search for "IW2128-232" at Mouser webpage http://uk.mouser.com/Search/Refine.aspx ... IW2128-232

I don't have the proper cable for QL yet, so I tested the WiFi module on Acorn A3020, just using a simple serial terminal.
I successfully joined the network, and got ping and retrieved URL from www.google.com.
I also connected to a Telnet BBS, but this requires more than just a simple terminal for Telnet communication.
I hope on QL, using client programs in SuperBASIC or machine code, this will communicate and work perfectly.
After finishing the QL cable, I will test this also on the QL.

Its a utility that will write window definitions for you in S*Basic file after answering a simple number of questions, up to 8 windows can be define at any one time.

Time for a quick update, no more 3 foot long QL!
Just a nice Gold Card tucked away and a HxC Floppy Emulator hiding out of shot!

QL succesfully connected to the Internet via WiFi!

This inch title says, that I had successful attempt to talk with ConnectOne Cesure iWiFi module over serial.
The module acts as "internet modem", controlled using AT commands (as a modem).
On the attached picture you can see AT commands to display own IP address, ping of URI, and get HTTP content.

The same (but miniaturised) module was used on ZX Spectrum for its IRC client ( http://sourceforge.net/projects/bitchzx/ ).

Of course, this is the initial experiment and proof of concept, not a ready WWW browser (nor mail, telnet, IRC, ...).
