There were 3.14 of them?

Sorry best I could do at short notice, although it appears that a piebald pony has approximately 3.14 testicles!

I'll get my coat!

Cheers,
Norm.

Dilwyn - Thanks for the info and pictures. Glad you are having a good time. About the closest I get to a QL show is the Bi-annual visit from Graeme (XorA).

I assume vanpeebles meant something like "who ate all the pis". But I like the "there were 3.14 of them", Norm, which is nearly true as I think we had difficulty getting one of them started.

Not as much activity here today, but I gather 9 of those present yesterday had a nice time at the "get-together" at the restaurant until late last night. I didn't go, as I had an appointment with a TV set for a certain rugby match (did I mention to English readers that Wales somehow won? )

(you need to have watched Doctor Who on TV to understand that - inspired by a comment from Derek Stewart that he'd watched Doctor Who on TV last night)

A Pandora custom QL case, with side removed showing an Aurora card, Super Gold Card and a Q-Plane backplane. I think there was a Qubide in there somewhere too. Joking apart, John and Sarah Gilpin, who designed these cases, say they were explicitly designed to make it easy to encase an Aurora system, although if you remove the 5.25inch drive bay at the top front, it is possible to install a QL motherboard instead of an Aurora. Apparently "only" about 30 of these were made in total so they are a bit of a collector's item now.
