Re: Where do you do QLing today?
It is a personal movie project I have been working on, part time, for many years. A year ago, seeing that it was taking way too long and still no actual footage, I decided to take a one year leave of absence and finish it. I hired some actors, but no crew, as I am doing everything myself (sets, soun...

Re: CPLD replacement for ZX8301
Maybe this has been addressed before but does your implementation uses the same pixel/memory layout as the 16 colour Aurora mode ?

Re: ND-MQ - New Network Driver for the QLUB Adapter
Hi Francois! From the web page of qemulator, it looks like serial communication is not implemented on the mac version. That's odd - now that I read Daniele's web-page again, I see at least two references to SERial ports in relation to the Mac version of Q-emuLator suggesting that the serial ports a...

Re: ND-MQ - New Network Driver for the QLUB Adapter
Bonjour Francois! I don't know if the Mac version of QemuLator gives the same access to the SERial ports from inside the emulator, nor whether whether there is a Virtual COM Port driver for Mac to connect with the USB port of the QLUB Adapter. But, I strongly suspect it will work just as well on th...

Re: ND-MQ - New Network Driver for the QLUB Adapter
BTW, if you (or anyone else reading) also has access to (a licensed) QemuLator, the overall performance/reliability working with QLUB is noticeably better. It's NOT an indictment of QPC - just down to some differences in how the SER Ports are managed within the two emulators and which happens to ha...

Re: prt_gen bug with JSU rom
ptr_gen version: 2.05 tk2 version: 2.23 No idea, but apparently I made a version 2.06 which "Fixed mode changing/crashes on QDOS", so you might try to check that one out first. Took some time, but I finally check ptr_gen 2.06 on my JSU ql and the problem is still there. Will try to check ...

Re: prt_gen bug with JSU rom
JSU ROM QLs actually have a different (lower) resolution in NTSC TV mode, and the y screen space is limited to 192 instead of 256 pixels in this mode (See QL Technical Guide: Supporting this mode would have meant to have a special version of the Pointer Interface, and I find it unlikely that the Po...

prt_gen bug with JSU rom
Is it a known bug that ptr_gen does not work correctly on JSU rom if the computer is started in (F2) TV mode ? My boot program switch to mode 4 before loading ptr_gen, but as soon as it gets loaded, the basic windows display becomes corrupted. However, on the same computer with the same JSU rom, if ...

Re: Q68 I2C Driver
Thank you Martin! I looked onto this a few years ago, but the task was too difficult for me. Does it runs only from normal memory or do you need to use some of the Q68 fast memory ?
