I have just received my adapter and had a play with it. It seems to "jump" when the RGB values are turned down a bit too much, I just turned the adjusters a little anti clockwise and it stopped it jumping. Also found waiting for it to settle then hitting "auto" made the picture ...

I've buyed a Sandy drive IF with 512k expansion ram and TK2 on it! Very cool and nice for me :)
Then I've modified two Sony floppy drives according to RWAP suggests and now all works percfectly...
My QL is still on field to work with Psion software with new work's speed :D

With my German QL, the picture jumps in vertical direction at unpredictable times. Characters are hardly legible in 512x256, and the single pixels at the border can not be distinguished. Did you have the same results? I used the digital R,G,B,CSYNC inputs (called CGA/EGA). Finally I've my Jammaboar...

Ah ok Rich, I suppose that but I thought there was a firmware version that could do it...
I'm satisfied yet in this manner: more better than microdrive :D

Hi, I've followed your suggests and my floppy drive works very fine with QL and Sandy drive interface!!
Someone knows if is possible to connect and use a DD/HD (1.44 Mb.) floppy disk drive?

Hi Rich, as in www.sellmyretro.com there are two kind of replace board for QL (an issue 7 and issue 5.2) do you know if there's some great difference between them? Differences between external connectors are known but another ones? That is because I will connect a Sandy super Qboard to one of them. ...
