Re: TerribleFire accelerator for the QL accelerator card

According to the Aurora manual: • The system might wait slightly longer at startup (this is mostly undetectable) trying to find the microdrives, which have become history. Re: TerribleFire accelerator for the QL accelerator card

Aurora can't live without either a GC or SGC as CPU/memory board and is basically a "combined Super-I/O and Graphics Card for GC or SGC". Wording to-the-point ;) Off-topic again, but do you remember if the Aurora still supported microdrives? Hi, The Aurora has no microdrive connections on...

Re: TerribleFire accelerator for the QL accelerator card

The evolution of GC and SGC was the Aurora. What you may could aim to do is an Aurora plus? Even standard Aurora available would be nice to have. While I find the idea of an Aurora+ with SGC+ fun (I'd buy it, but not develop myself) it comes quite close to an integrated system like the Q68. So care...

Re: Wanted, CST Q-488 GP-IB interface for Sinclair QL

Hi François,

I have a CST Q-488 GP-IB interface, the software is in rom. I scanned a photocopy of the manual and is available at:

http://www.dilwyn.me.uk/docs/manuals/Q4 ... CE_OCR.pdf

I will see if the interface works and get back to you.

Re: Boxing Game

Hi, I have over 80 MS Basic games supporting the BASIC Computer Games book to convert, which includes the Boxing game. I have only converted 2 games, as I have been a little busy. When I get time I will finish the conversion and post them on the QL Homepage. With 78 games to convert, wouldnt it be ...

Re: Q68 Order Process

Hi Derek, As ever, I am late to the party. I am not sure whether you saw my earlier expression of interest in another thread as it was buried amongst other comments but if there is still room in batch 2, or maybe on a waiting list beyond that, could you add me in for a boxed+splitter combo? Many th...
