Re: 68K/OS "ROM" based disk attempt
Probably all of those! Mixture of speeds and sizes there! I've used 27 and 27C (cmos) varieties. On a stock QL - the 200ns parts should be ok. I've also used 32K and 64K flash chips with eprom pinout too Thanks Pr0f Have just been searching thru parts lists on the web to see what I actually have. I...

Re: 68K/OS "ROM" based disk attempt
Are any of these EPROM likely to be ok for any QL use please?
I currently want to use them with the 68K/OS board
Any thoughts greatly appreciated please
EDIT: as will be obvious I know nothing about EPROM's
Many thanks

Re: Memory IC's for PCML Q+?
Solved the problem with the card (helps if you plug it into the QL completely...) but memory not recognised
I guess I join the list of people looking for a 256kb PAL!
Still intrigued as to whether the card should work with other memory expansions though? please
Many thanks

Re: Memory IC's for PCML Q+?
Fitted Memory and on first boot Minerva still reported 128KB total memory, so does seem to be a 0KB version On subsequent boots the QL wouldn't start with the card installed so will have to strip out memory chips and re-test without them to see if it still works Does anyone know if the 0KB card shou...

Re: Announcing the new "Gold Card" - QIMSI Gold
Wow! Well done, the Spec looks great, what could be a better for the QL’s 40th Anniversary. Many thanks! Question: Be interesting to plug into one of my QL’s. Will you be able to include a case and when wired up for Sound can the Output be driven by both S/SuperBASIC BEEP and QSound commands. There...

Re: 68K/OS "ROM" based disk attempt
I see on a German forum that user Medusa has tried to use the ROM Disk image on an actual eprom (I assume this as she was going to attempt it and I know it works in q-emulator) without success What would I need to be able to burn my own eeproms for the 68K board and other general QL stuff (like FDC'...
