Re: QL on MIST FPGA board

Glad that at least someone has/sees the same/similar problem with this core. On my MIST, in can isolate the symptom: This core only starts well and runs stable and hourly long, when my MIST was switched off for a longer time (a long night) and when I then power on the MIST with an SD card which has ...

Re: CPLD replacement for ZX8301

Whats about the Thor OS, does it work here and can use the colours? I'm a bit late joining this party. Yes, the Thor OS ARGOS of the Thor XVI machine supports 16 colours as does the hardware of the Thor XVI. My machine is stored away in boxes, but here's a screenshot of the colour palette in MODE 1...

Re: In the market

There is Unzip 0.96 on my site's Archivers page, which is already suitable for 128K systems. Would be good to have a choice. This Unzip 0.96 is from Jan and dates back 1990. It is installed in QL/E for ages. But while tring to unZIP some ZIP files at hand, it failed, see screenshot: UnZIP096_cant_e...

Re: In the market

Hi Andrew and others, when talking about using QPC2 and loading/installing QL software from ZIP files, there's two ways: 1. The hard way, where one seeks ands gets all bits and pieces from several places in the internet and then tries to setup a working system. A QL system (as other systems like Lin...

That's what I call a QL meeting, a real QL bash! :D

I celebrated the Launch Day in typical Swiss style, with a hike and a Cheese Raclette in amazing scenery. See:

Great to see that a first party happened!
