Hi,
I chose a different way:
I removed the rubber parts from the plug. One of the wires did lost its contact with the plug's pin. Then I soldered the wires to the pins and put a heat shrink tube around the plug and the wires ... and voilá: the plug works fine now.

Re: Loose contact at power supply
Hmmm ... This seems to be the connection jack from the QL computer. What I need is a new plug for the power cable (from the power supply to the QL).

Loose contact at power supply
Hi,
I am afraid my QL's power supply has a loose contact at the connector which is plugged into the QL. Since this seems to be a very rare connector I wonder if I could repair it for myself or if I can finde an alternative (without canging the port of the QL).
Can anyone of you help?

Re: Metacomo QL C Dev. Kit - Microdrives
Yes, that would be very nice. Do you have spare MicroDrives to copy them on (which of course I would pay for) or should I send MDs (I've got 5 or six with programs on them).
Since I cannot use the PM system we can communicate further details via email!
Thanks!

Hi,
thanks to you and dex. Since I cannot send PMs (as a newbie) We had to discuss the more private things via email. You can contact me @ stefan.hoeltgen@hu-berlin.de

Metacomo QL C Dev. Kit - Microdrives
Hello,
I have recently bought a "C" Development Kit for the QL (from Metacomo) but there are the 3 Microdrives missing.
Is it possible to get them or copies of them anywhere? Does anyone of you have them and would copy or trade them so I can use the Dev. Kit?
Thanks in advance!
